Has anyone installed a GM Z07 wing on a Non-Z07 car?

These are the part numbers I have for the brackets. I’m pretty sure they’re correct.

I’m doing the same thing as you, ordering all OEM. GM parts website had a 15% off code that worked, got everything sorted for $6500
Using my 2023 500,000 Gm pts, only out of pocket $1500 plus whatever my shop charges me to paint the new rear bumper. Not bad

Also, do you know where I can find the part number for the carbon flash painted Z07 high wing? I am going to do the complete conversion as well using points :-) and thanks for all your helpful info, and I too am curious about the bumper that you were going to get as far as painting goes. Does anyone know if silver flare is a hard color to match? Thx

OP did you go carbon flash or exposed CF?

I think buying a new bumper and having it painted could be easy or could be very difficult to get right. It depends on the color of the car. Any of your pearls/tricoats and you're asking for trouble trying to get it matched perfectly at all angles in the sun. Whites, blacks, rapid blue, or any other solid color is much easier. I can't imagine trying to match red mist.

Just did a quick search on the wing. Prices range from ~$4620 to ~$5500, and plenty of places are sticking it to people on the shipping. A quick look sees shipping (to NorCal, YMMV) anywhere from $273 to $865! Worth shopping for the best total cost.

All in, I spent just over $7k to get it on the car.
Sorry I haven't been following up here, but I'll try to get more info posted before the end of the weekend.
