Our tour guide for the plant tour yesterday hinted that the ZR1 would be debuted on Friday. Don’t know if he was speculating based on the past two reveals with the Z06 and ERay or they had been told that would happen. Also, he confirmed what we already knew that they have been building CTF ZR1’s the past couple of months.
but hopefully it’s not just the camo car we have all see already and it’s actually the revealed car.
While I would love for it to be fully revealed, I doubt it. According to GM, we haven't seen the camo cars running around, so this is their "sneak peek" to us.
The wing looks a lot larger when draped than it does without. The end plates stick up pretty high and the black material is draped over them. I suspect it is the same wing we saw on the cars at the Ring. in any case, it looks like it will provide real downforce.
Did people really think the ZR1 would be revealed at a random parking spot at this event? Must've forgotten how the Stingray, E-Ray, and Z06 reveals went.

I thought they might have a camo wrapped car there, but not the actual reveal.
