- FWIW, I don’t mind the 70th Anniversary badging on the side doors.

Yes the *** on this car is magnificent. And yes it was a nightmare getting that badge on because its all angles and compound curves.

I'm not a fan of all the open space around the license plate on C8s but yet to see anything that looks appealing otherwise.

Interesting enough the license plate opening is smaller on Z06 than on the Stingray. The grill look frame from the Stingray was to big. I had this chrome flag motif plate frame from my C6 but I wasn’t sure about that either so I painted a black stainless color but not happy with that either. I just have a real C/F frame on now. I might try and re paint the flag one gloss black just to see how it looks. Photos below top photo is the Stingray grill that won’t fit the Z for comparison.

It’s to accommodate wide International license plate sizes.

Yes exactly now that Corvette is an international car it needs to be able to wear the elongated foreign tags.

I have it and everyone I know with a Z06 that saw it has added it. ZR1's get it, the Z06 should. Feels faster since I added it
Z06 plate surround too!

@capevettes location doesn’t bother me as much…if at all. With it left justified to the rear vent rather than centered over it aligns with the interior angle of the brake light. Just my $.02

If people can't tell it's a Z06 by the body styling and exhaust, they won't know what Z06 means anyway. Less is more.

Well I guess in that case you could say the same thing for high wing spoilers and huge ground effects splitters etc.

Agreed... it feels out of place there. I might try it directly under the "Corvette" badging, though I'm not sure that's much better.

I'd be curious to see how it would look with the Z06 badge installed where the current CORVETTE letters are instead of under it. In other words, remove the CORVETTE letters and centre the Z06 badge in their place.

Looks good! I'm probably gonna put my Z06 badge in place of where the Corvette letters currently are on the rear bumper, right in the center.

Dial it in so it's perfect for ya! I love seeing people's visions come to life as they mod. The trick seems to be knowing when to stop adding bits - so many overdo it IMO.

And C5/6/7/8 Z06s didn't/don't have a rear emblem, as it should be. Plus this gen Z06 font is just ugly, I don't know what they were thinking.

I'm a big fan of replacing my oem emblems with vinyl decals in the exact same font & size. Makes cleaning around them simple.
