I thought we were meeting at Sherway? Why not go to a place near Sherway?

I'm all up for Oakville since I live 5 minutes away from Licks.

I think the "starting point" is still Sherway (correct me if I'm wrong) but the "cruise to" point is yet to be decided.

Oakville is close for me but geez ...... I'd rather cruise to Hooters.

With that said ..... I'll be missing Sherway and won't be able to meet you guys till later anyway .......

Yes we are meeting at Sherway, as planned, I thought rather then have confusion there, we discuss and see where everyone wants to go. I am easy either way. Licks for a good burger, Hooters for some eye candy and a drink, whatever the majority wants!

I also can't make it out to Sherway. I'll meet up later on. I'm easy as far as the local but Hooters would be my choice.

My vote is for Hooters ! Chicks and cars go together. (plus i'm coming from near Orangeville) . Although i'm just a C4 guy so maybe my vote doesn't count...
Sherway is a nice starting place as the 427/Qew junction is easy for people from all areas.

There should be no confusion here, we ARE meeting at Sherway as planned, this thread is to see where everyone wants to go to eat!
Looks pretty even so far, again, whatever everyone agrees on once we meet is cool.

Just an idea, but how about doing a Hooters cruise one weekend and a licks cruise another weekend. Sherway could be the starting place for both !


Then again we could do both in one day and raise a few eybrows by calling it "Corvette Owner LICKS HOOTERS" cruise!

Myself I would sooner do licks in Oakville and stay away as much as possible from TO. I will be coming from Cambridge.

If you go back thru the several posts listed over 3? threads, only "Sherway at 10:30" has been decided for certain. As soon as "Licks" was mentioned, somehow "Oakville" came in to the mix .....

Last year we all met at Sherway as it was the most central for everyone ...... once there we all decide to go for a burger, the first place we went to was full so we moved a little more east and ended up at Licks.

2 years ago (I think) we all met at Hooters in Brampton ........ that was fun too......

So ..... I don't really give a Ratz Azz where we meet as long as it gets decided and posted ....... at some point .......
