Wiring gurus
Hey guys, looking for someone local that I can meet up with that can help me with tracing a wiring problem. I had aftermarket foglights installed a couple years ago and I think when I tried washing under my hood to get it as clean as Jasons, I shorted something out 
Now my foglights dont work. Does anyone know how to test them to see where the problem is (switches. relays etc)? before I order the bulbs at 50 bucks each I want to make sure its not another problem

It's usually the bulb. If they are not completely sealed. BANG. POP. BOOOOM!
Had this problem with my Mustang, everytime I went thru a carwash.
Invest in a bulb(s) and test.
