Looks like you guys had a good cruise today the pictures are great. I decided to go to my nephew's today who has a triple bay garage with a lift.
From what I have read there are certain points under the vet that are for lifting the vet and you need special pads to put on the lift so you do not punch through the the floor.
I need know where to put these pads also where can I buy the pads.
Here is the real bummer part, while looking under the car for where to lift, I found a hole approx 1" x 1/2", looks like something had come up and hit the bottom punching a hole. It does not look too serious but I want to patch it asap. Any suggestions?
Hello my friend, I constructed some hockey pucks for lifting my vette with eye bolts. They work like a charm and lock right into place! I just used them the other week when I got my new rims put on!
Here's ones I made. They fit in the slot perfect and when you twist them they lock in place. I use them mosty when I want to take only one wheel off at a time. I prefer using the c-members when jacking it up. Hope it helps
