To all Corvette Clubs and Enthusiasts,

We have some great news ! THE HOSPITAL FOR SICK KIDS, known as Sick Kids Foundation has embraced Hillfest as one of their supporting charity events.

Wilson Niblett Motors is honored to be hosting the 14th annual Hillfest show, in total support of the Sick Kids Foundation. Every dollar raised will be donated to the Sick Kids Foundation and no expenses will be deducted from these funds.

Wilson Niblett Motors, all their staff, as well as many of their customers and suppliers, are donating their time and effort and products to ensure the success of this event. We are very excited about the effort and enthusiasm everyone involved has put forward to this outstanding cause.

We hope you share the same enthusiasm in supporting this tremendous cause and can find the time to attend Hillfest 2006. There is no better way to spend a Sunday than looking at some of Ontario's finest Corvettes and supporting Sick Kids Foundation.

See you there !

Best Regards,

TOVetteFAn

Nicely done Darryl!!

See you Sunday and don't forget that I have already reserved Spot #1 in the C6 Z06 area and Spot #2 is for my buddy RStarr with his Black C6 Z06.

I have a another Corvette Forum member with a Silver Z06 that I am trying to get into Spot #3 but I have not heard back from him yet.

See you all Sunday folks, it should be a GREAT day at Wilson-Niblett!!

Livio, look forward to seeing you, and Big Red.... I am trying to get a Forum C6Z in silver here as well, probably the same guy!

This is NOT a C6 exclusive show, however, all years/stock/custom are welcome and enjoyed. We award people's choice prizes in 8 categories, and there are gift bags, raffles and a ton of Corvette fans. Last year, there were almost 200 corvettes, we are hoping to break that this year. Hope all the Forum members attend, regardless of club affiliation. This is an all-clubs, all cars, all locations show, let's see how many Forum cars we can get together!

There are enough spots for everyone, I am sure, and enough cars from each era to satisfy everyone's tastes. Trophies in 9 different categories, gift bags, raffles for some great prizes, a 50/50, and every penny raised to Sick Kids Foundation. Oh, and it cost a fortune, but I think even the weather is going to be perfect....

I am looking forward to meeting lots of Forum members face to face, and renewing acquaintances with many other friends and Corvette owners and fans. Too bad about Port Dover, Max's burn outs are always a highlight of Hillfest. I am sure we can find someone to replace him, though....

Any chance the C6 Z06 guys would be willing to give a ride to someone that pays for it and the funds can go to the charity as well? I think this would generate some major cash for the cause IMHO.

Nice idea for sure, I will leave it to the C6Z guys to work that one out, however...

Hey Darryl, speak to John, Danny and Gord for me. If Wilson-Niblett will supply a C6 Z06 I will gladly take people for rides all day long in it and the money can all be donated to charity on behalf of Wilson-Niblett. I would use BIG RED however it will be on display and looking pretty. Maybe a GM rep can lend us a Z06 that we could use for the day?

Let me know.

I think it's a great idea, to give people the experience of being driven around in a new vette. I know I would do my part and contribute, for a spin.

I'd love to do that to Liv, but somebody would have to supply the PAMPERS for the civilian passengers!!! That would eat up all the profits..LOL

Max, skip PD, and I think we could do lots for a worthy cause, without the Pampers.

Canadian Z06, glad you enjoyed the day, it has been great, the weather turned out wonderful, as promised, and we had a super show.

Thanks to CCO, Corvettes of Durham, Pine Ridge C.C., Ontario NCRS, Brampton C.C., Vintage Vette Club, Upper Canada Corvettes, Wasaga Beach C.C., and all the dozens of non-club Corvette lovers that made the day such a success.

We have raised over $6300 for Sick Kids Foundation, and I know that next year will be even greater!

Thank you to all the support from Forum members as well, Livio, Bish, Squalo, Smook and everyone else that made it that I didn't see or meet. Wilson Niblett and Sick Kids Foundation are honoured to have been able to host such a terrific event.

If Port Dover was half as good, everyone there will have had a great time too! Hopefully, next year, such a conflict of great events won't occur, and we can double our gains for charity!

110%. The weather was on our side the whole time. So much for those with the high tech satelites & radars, the rain never came...and we THANK YOU for being wrong.

I am glad to have met so many people @ the show, because car enthusiast (especially corvette) are the best people around. Darryl it was nice to meet you, along with your staff, you were all great The food was also great and plentyful I'm glad to have met Livio, and saw the famous BIG RED as well.

In closing you may think that the dearlership, car owners, the enthusiasts, and/or the general public were the winners today. However, I am proud to have been part of and donated to the BIG WINNER OF ALL "THE HOSPITAL FOR SICK KIDS FOUNDATION".

CONGRATS TO ALL THE KIDS WHO REALLY DESERVE IT!

Hi Frank, it was great to meet you as well. I couldn't agree more with your comments, the Sick Kids Foundation was the winner today and we all had a great time talking Corvette's with all the owners that share this passion.
