If your serious.... that is your traction control kicking in. push the button in front of your right arm rest for a c-5 or on the left lower dash for a c-4, once to disarm it or hold it down for 3-5sec for it to go into "competative driving mode" this will allow the car to spin the tires and handle aggressively but the minute you start to go sideways the traction control will kick in again. the only time i use the track control is when the roads are wet.... I guess this means i never use it cause the car never sees rain!!
