If the wheel is now stuck. Try giving it a hard jerk left-right several times. This should release the lock (pin). After that, I would drive to the dealer and get the warranty repair done.
BEWARE: There is a chance that it can lock up during driving.

Many replies on this un...Free recall.....dealer does or buy bypass kit ...think it means car does not move tho....#1 thread on C5 actually is How do I clear "Service Column Lock" after installing CLB?
