Need little help from ya all

1)When I took the instrument panel out there was a light bulb with a circuit board attached to it laying there, anyone know what this if for and why it would be just laying around back there?

2)On top of the main heater box the control for the damper when you push the heater control to cold should the leaver push that vac switch in.

3)How long can I let the engine sit without antifreeze will it dry up any seals? Or should I get it filled up asap?

4)And anyone know how to treat frost bite on the finger tips lol

1. Low Fuel light, it probably vibrated off the back of the panel. It should be on the panel in the upper right hand corner.

I answered the others in the pm you sent me.
