The show is Top Gear from the BBC, so the simple equation is that British TV receiver owners are paying for this as it is part of the public broadcaster.

A cool thing from them:
Bugatti Veynon on VW's test track to test if it can do 407 km/h.

Funny ones:
They try to make a car that can be a boat, or vice versa challenge.
