Well this thread seems almost dead, anybody got anything new? If you read this let me know. I got all the mods finished and the car looks great so now its time to drive it and enjoy the summer.

Hello everyone
Im from saskatchewan too, not far from Pete, actually really close. I live in Canora just 20 minutes north of Yorkton about 3 hours from saskatoon. Just bought a C6 this spring however dont make it to saskatoon too often, the highway between here and there is terrible.
Havent seen many vettes around yorkton which one is yours Pete? Meet a blue C5 on highway between Madge Lake and Kamsack was that you?

I have a C6 Blk Vert. am out in the Okanagen, Penticton for awhile. be in Yorkton for a family reunion early August, heading to the bussling town of Benito, Man., then off for a trip to Nova Scotia, will be back mid to late August. Probably back to Penticton for awhile after I get back. What Chevy dealer you using up our way? Hopefully meet sometime, if your coming out to the Okanagen look me up.. Pete
Im going to try the actual Chevy in Yorkton this time Key Chev, see how im treated with an imported vette and ill let ya know.

Nice to see someone else found our thread. I make the 5 hour trip to Calgary quite often as my brother lives there.
As far as the dealership to service our vetts, we have SMP here in saskatoon who is the corvette dealer in town, and I went in there about 3 weeks ago and got the WORST service I have ever had in my life and they would not even give me a final number on how much it would cost just to tune up my car. Pathetic!
There has to be an honest person or company somewhere in Sask. but I don't know where it is yet.
I would love to know were it is because I need a tune up and am going to have to do it myself soon.
I will travel to have it done.

I was dealing with David Deadman Pontiac in Yorkton when i first bought the car, they did the sask safety and installed the bumper modifications. However i wont go back not that the car was mistreated in anyway but i got royally bent over when it came time to pay the bill. According to forum i paid roughly 700 dollars too much.

I also heard that there is a member of the forum in Regina who fixes the cars, I heard he knows more about the C5's than the guys who make them. The problem is he seems to be like Kizar Soseh, everone has heard of him but no one knows who he is.
I would love to know because I would go there tomorrow if I could find him.
P.S. did anyone understand the refrence? ( Kizar Soseh )
