Very tired ... I'll start loading my pics in a bit, and put up the final set of pics tomorrow.
I made it across the boarder with all my new racing gear! I guess the Border Guards are still on a work to rule campaign, because the guy asked my 3 questions, then sent me on my way!
Rob ... glad you made it back to St. Pete's with no issues ... I can't wait to see our screen time on SPEED!
Well I finally got around to uploading the remaining pics to Photobucket ... so here are my pics from race day ...
Heading to the track ... beautiful sunrise to set the mood.
Ferrari and Ford GT heading to the track ... we saw them later parked over by the Rahaul - Letterman trucks.
Parked at the Corral ... and made it inside to hear Ron Fellows talking to the faithful about everything Corvette Racing ... He spoke about Driving at Le Mans, and how someone from the local Corvette Club took his kids for laps around Le Man (they get to do Hot Laps, not just parade laps!) ... and they hit over 130 mph down the straight ... Ron also spoke about his Spring Mountain Driving School ... sounds like something we should do sometime soon!
The race get's underway ... here come our boys!
Headed over to the paddock to check out the sites ...
Here is an interesting way to raise some funds for your team
The #3 Car, as seen from the bridge over Sunset Bend Curve ... Make sure you hit that Apex!
Once the sun goes down, Sebring turns into a whole new world, and there's still a couple hours of racing left!
This is Jan's nephew ...
Once the race ended, we headed down Pit Lane, and onto the Track ... Ray, here's a couple of pics for you!

Thanks guys for all the praise about my photographic and journalistic talent! Last year an editor from Corvette Fever contacted me over the forum about submitting a write up to their magazine, I was not able to get it in on time last year, I wonder if they will accept it this year?
I would love it if some of you guys would join me on this amazing cruise and race next year ... hopefully my store renovation will proceed on schedule next January, without too many difficulties, and I'll be able to make it 4 races in a row!
Trust me, it is worth getting your car out of storage a little early, and enjoying a brief preview of spring and summer, that is heading our way.
