In late June I went to the garage I rent and swapped my 92 coupe for the 68 Caddy. I did not drive or even see my vette for all of July and August.
Oh well it's a lifetime purchase and I have a lot of years left.

Wow so harsh everyone. I can't be the only guy here with more than one hobby car (or bike).
Giving the Caddy a big run today and this weekend I may swap back to the vette for some fall cruising.

I think they understood your message to be that you traded your vette for the caddy...no longer own the vette.
And I will agree, a little harsh, but ya know..there is no other car to some...
While big boats, I do have an appreciation for the old (and new) caddies and it really is great to see yours in such great shape.
You gotta go with what makes you happy. It's kinda cool that you can swap back and forth...
Enjoy!

Hey we're not trying to be harsh.
I love the old big cars.
My biggest Land Yacht was a 1968 Plymouth Wagon.

I try to drive this thing a little but the weather has been crappy for top down cruising or I've been busy it seems so it hasn't been driven much this summer.

"My biggest Land Yacht was a 1968 Plymouth Wagon."
Mine was a '78 Lincoln Town Car, 460 cu.
loaded . A winter beater, but low miles off an old dude. Cheap.
Just point the "gunsight" (about 8 feet down the hood) at any errant Toyota intersection transgressor, and watch'em scatter!

Well, since we are revealing all. I used to flat tow my 454 Vega with a tow bar from Brandon to Gimli every second weekend to the drag races with my 1975 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale that I painted Black with Gold Pearl and gold pinstriping and real fancy hub caps. What a boat!!!
back then I thought it was real cool though!!!
(we are talking a long, long time ago)
