Blackberry Question
Just got a new Blackberry Bold 9000 I put my Sim card from my old Samsung (Rogers) in and set it up but can't access my downloaded ring tones. Can I access these ring tones or are they lost and I have to download new ones?

if by "downloaded" you mean, for example, you went to the rogers website and downloaded and paid for them, chances are they're "locked" and you won't be able to transfer them.
You could email them as an attachment and then grab them with the new phone. Or if you have a sync cable for the Samsung, you can move the ring tones to your desktop and then move them to the Blackberry.
Ok so using the new sim I got back into my old phone (Samsung flip), I can see the ringtones but how do I get them off the phone?
1. You need a USB data cable that connects the phone to your computer.
2. You need the Samsung Data Sync software that is meant for your phone. This usually comes with the phone or is available as a seperate option.
If you do not have the above for your phone, then you will pretty much be SOL. Take it into one of those cellular stores and they might be able to do it for you for a fee.
BTW, the ringtones on the Samsung need to be in MP3 format to work with other phones.
