Doug talked a bit about the last race at Laguna Seca and the first two races this year including the incident at Sebring.
Johnny did the same as well as telling some very humorous stories about on and off the track
The lunch was very good and after the talks we got to be first in line for the Autograph Session
Later in the afternoon they had a Seminar: about the NEW NCM Motorsports Park with an update by Tom Blair.

In the Afternoon there was a seminar on “Getting to Know Your Corvette. You could learn the details and operations of your Corvette; everything in the owner’s manual that you never opened! {:~)
Harlan Charles, Tadge Juechter, Steve Grilli, Tom Hill
Located on esplanade outside of the NCM Conference Center
At 4:00pm there was the Unveiling of `03 Special C6. It is painted White with Blue stripes to commemorate the # 3 1960 Le Mans Corvette. It will be touring the Country to most Vette shows. You can BUY it now for a donation of $300,000 US to the NCM plus the cost of the Vette.
In the evening there was the C5/C6 Bash Margaritaville Banquet held in the Museum’s hall. The theme was a “Cheeseburger in Paradise” party with live entertainment and dancing. A lot of fun.
