New gps unit help

I'm really happy with the information I've found at this forum. Recently I bought a new gps with traffic reporting. I had real problems with reception. The guys there found that the issue was with the radio carrier that sends the report by FM to your NUVI. They even knew who to contact, and the issue was fixed.
The link is for a few gps makers.
People there are very knowledgable and helpful, and put up with my uninformed questions well.

For the Mods...Garmin sells "lifetime" traffic reports for Canada, and North America. Situation is different here.
We have traffic reporting for Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa. 4 Cities! So it's hard to get Canadian-specific information on units, maps and traffic reporting.
