Hello fellow vette owners, I recently purchased my first corvette its a beautiful 2001 convertible C5. This tread is not to tell you what I bought, but to get a understanding of how many vette owners are in and around the Toronto area. Reason of my curiosity is, I also own a deli at 3856 Bathurst St. Its just north of Wilson on the west side in a strip plaza. I have behind me a nice size parking lot. Sometime in the month of May I would love to host the first of many Moe Pancers Deli "corvette show down" I will also donate some of the daily sales to mothers against drunk driving. I'm just seeing appx how many of you could be interested to come and join me for a few hours. Thank you. Lenny.

Oh maybe I called it the wrong name. Its not a show down in quickness of ur car. Its more like a car show, get together meet one another and have some great food and let others drool over our rides lol.

Hi Lenny,
Welcome to the madness as I was told when I joined last year. Congratulations on your new ride, I'm sure you'll enjoy every minute of it. Would most certainly come out to meet you if you hosted a vette show, as long as it was held on a Saturday.

Come out to the Sherway GTG next Saturday. We've had about 100 Vettes show up each year for the last few years. That represents just the regulars and semi-regulars in the local crowd. If I had to guess I would say the total number of owners in the GTA is north of 300. Make sure you check out the event list I posted if you're going to pick a date. That way you won't be competing with other shows.

Like I just titled this, "OMG" , so what your trying to say is .... LOL I'm smart for asking before just post a date because if I had even 50 vette owners show up I'm screwed!! I didn't know you are all very tight in respect to supporting a GTG. I would love to hold a huge GTG but that would mos def take up the whole block of where I am. Damm that would be awsome. Well I will have to figure this out. Mike, I will be sending you a PM for your help as you are so kind to offer it : )
