I bought them from here, http://www.curbramps.com/(distibuters all throughout Alberta)

They are really quite cheap and they work as advertised, I have a ZR1 and my wife has a ZR1 front splitter and they do not hit, without them, I would own a ZR1 with no front splitter on it and my wifes car would also be splitterless, there is no way our diveway entrance would allow them without smashing them first time. I give 2 to these curb ramps.

I've seen the industrial speed bumps that adhere to the road but are these "home" models similar or are they just laying there? I think someone would steal these the 1st night you leave them out. If you do bolt it down, do you have to call the city for permission?

I had these as well, $75 each from Shaw Traffic here in Calgary.
They didn't really work for me though due to the lowness & length of the car and the curve of the road at my place.
As I drove out of the driveway, the front would scrape due to the road itself, some 3' from the curb.

I gave them to my parents and they work perfect for them.

They are tied together with tie straps, the original ad said they were bolted together but they are not. One thing I realized, nobody is going to steal them, nobody wants them that badly.

Two worked ok for me, they are 4' wide (they fit perfect in a C5 trunk), but three would have been better (my driveway is 14' wide).

And yes, I had mine for 2 years, and my parents are on their 2nd year now too. They are quite heavy, not something a kid is going to grab and carry home . . .

I purchased these

http://www.garagestrategies.com/curbramps.htm

at Garage Strategies in Edmonton. I think I paid around $150 (for two) but that was a couple years ago. They weigh about 55 pounds each. They are heavy enough that the don't move around on the street/curb during serious rain storms and nobody is going to pick them up and walk away with them. They work great for me!
