Does anyone have any good leads on an alignment shop for my C5,thinking am gonna get a 4 wheel alignment, as I have changed tires and some suspension changes. I am looking in the East end of Toronto or close.
Thanks Al.
I've had cars aligned at Stephenson's, and no problems with them. My ONLY complaint was having to debate what tire pressure setting to go with. One of their techs claimed I should be running the max rating on the sidewall of the tire (ie: 51psi!) vs. the door sticker on the car (30psi). The first time I had this argument, I insisted on leaving the pressure where I had it. The next time I was getting the alignment done, I said "fine, put it where you think it belongs". I drove like that for 1 day, just trying to be "open-minded". I quickly put the pressure back down where it belonged, and the car (my '02 Z28) rode and handled again like it was supposed to .
But regardless of that, they do have the equipment and know-how to align the 4 wheels of the car .

Thanks for the input Pete. I called them the other day, now I just need to put a few more days on my suspension changes and get things settled and make the appointment up there.
Are you looking just for a STREET setup, or something with a little bit of TRACK in mind?? There are ways of getting a bit of a compromise, that is not too aggressive for the street, but will be better at the track than a pure street alignment.

Thats a pretty good chart Pete, looking just for street use tho.
Thanks Al
