10th Annual Anderson Vette Fest-June 2
Well its that time of year again, this will be the 10th show. If the weather co-operates we can expect 200+ Vettes as we did 3 yrs. ago. As usual we will be giving over a hundred prizes, more prizes then any other show and a chance to buy tickets on numerous major prizes. This year we will have class trophies for each generation and it will be a fun closed hood judging. The show will be at Anderson GM in Woodstock (1-866-562-4389) rain or shine hosted by the Corvettes of Western Ontario.

Great show with some top people running it---and the kicker is they send you a Christmas card every year with your ride!! Just to remind you of summer months----I think I have been to every one even in the 86 vette!!!

Once again GM will have a Grand Sport there to take out for a test ride. This is Anderson`s 10th Anniversay in conjuction with Corvettes of Western Ontario we hope to make this the best show yet. Anything we can do to improve our show let the people of CWO know and we will pass it on to Anderson.
The local Optimist will also be serving breakfast so we hope you will support them, CWO and Anderson and make this a great show as all proceeds will go directly to Charity

Remember our show will be rain or shine. Like Plunkets the show must go on regardless of conditions. Last week they had the Canadian Tire Corvette show in London with horrible conditions but still managed to have 30 Vettes show up. Vettes aren't made of paper so enjoy that ride and come out to those shows, the people that run those shows put in a lot of man hours to make it a success.

Thanks ***** for the pictures, considering the weather we still managed 103 Vettes. Its always dissapointing not to get more as we were aiming for 200 plus . We work at it for almost a year and then have the weather spoil the party. The dieharts came as they do at all shows and we know the garage queens will only come if the weather is perfect. We do appreciate the support we get and we hope we can do more to better our show next year just let me know.
Just remember try to support these Corvette shows as this is the greatest car on earth. Someday we can measure up to the standards of the Wasaga Club still considered as the premier show for Covettes in Canada. So get out and enjoy that ride and support that truly great sport car.
