Watched a couple of programs this week where they show the towers collapsing and it seems to shock me even more than in 2001. All those lives lost - so sad.

I was in NYC 2 weeks ago. I was at the 911 museum last year. It's very surreal.
This year we just went to the fountains, and 1 World Trade observation deck. The locals kept thanking us for visiting the site and the city.
While talking with some people they still can't go to fountains or the museums. The attacks really affected alot of people there.

I saw a couple of documentaries too, one was about the planning stages leading up to the big day, then the other was the day of.

Some people just don't understand how this event affected them emotionally.
I'm glad you got a chance to go and see the area and bring the Canadian support to our fellow Americans.
