Last winter Stan suggested a trip to the museum and the dragon.

There many great roads and things to do and see on the way down and back from the Dragon. Realistically this is a week long trip. Any shorter and there is way too much driving and too many great stops bypassed.

I was wondering if there would be sufficient interest on the CDN forum for such a trip?

If that trip happens,I have several very high quality maps of that area showing approximately 36 plus twisties, from the Dragon which is the shortest to a couple of 250 mile + roads.Each twisty is a different colour code on the maps.I'd be more than happy to lend the maps out to the group.Keep me posted as to the outcome of this plan.

Dragon is great, but the other roads surrounding it are better.

Better than Dragon! We have driven some of the roads in the area including the county with all the waterfalls and very much enjoyed the roads. Very interested in roads were better than the Dragon. Any pictures?

Geez off the top of my head Hangmans dome, which is going up the moutain through the national park.
And theres the old 48 i think its called filled for kms of switchbacks.

The Cherola Skyway and Parkridge are amazing too.
