Cannonball Run
i looked through this link that Stan had posted a few months ago, appeared to be little interest in it then, just wondering if anyone would be interested in any of these runs. there are a few different ones, some lengthy and the shortest would be definitely an all day adventure. Few of us talked about it at the SGT today. Could be a good outing if anyone is interested
Link would be handy i guess

I must admit I am very happy with dealership participation throughout the province. I think I am up to 20 dealerships now. The key is they are reaching out to their entire service customer base along with utilizing Social Media and all other forms of media. This should be a fun event something never done before, and something I certainly hope drivers will partake in. Some People Polish Their Rides, Others Drive Them - Which one are you?
Here is hoping all of you attend. It is not a race, It is about getting out and having some fun.

Al, instead of asking what if, post a date and time meeting for one of the runs. You will get a lot of interest then. Maybe not for the multi-day run, but a day run for sure.

Well what a weekend that was! Anyone who did the Cannonball Rally certainly now knows just how comfortable the corvette can be on a long journey like these were. Those doing the 500 I am sure were quite happy at days end to finally arrive home , safe and sound and likely take a beer or two! I personally completed the Cannonball Rally 1000. SO a full two days of driving, actually completed in 22.5 hours. Long haul when one considers everything involved. Wonderful countryside in the North which is where the bulk of the rally was for me anyways. I did not take pictures at each one as many had cards out however here are a few to showcase what many were like!
The plan now as I have spoken to many dealers today is to change it up a little - we will still offer the 2500 for those die-hards - but we will introduce a Cannonball Rally 250!
This will mean start at 9 AM and finish at 3.30 on Saturday. It would appear many drivers were shy about doing the 12 hour or 24 hour drive - all good everyone that did attend most certainly had a great time!
Curry Chevrolet - Haliburton - we arrived here at about 10.30 on saturday evening!
Part of Sundays Journey continued Jim Wilson Chevrolet , Orillia
Auto PLanet Direct, what a huge operation this place was - they greeted and showed us all of the corvettes they had. Great people and they sell 500 cars a month!!!!!
Micheal Boyer Chevrolet - Whitby - Easy on and off the highway!
Boyer Chevrolet Lindsay - Last stop before heading home.
