Default The draw...

EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT

i have asked stpman to draw the names from the above list...just to keep things impartial...i asked him to draw an extra name as backup in case someone cant make it or motor is not yet installed(rag and wayne)....

June 19/20 is the weekend ....tuning at my bro's place in Milton..

OK..so we have the list...stewart, rag, me, gdh, PJsam and motorhead...
please confirm yes you can make the June 19 date and that the cost is good with you all...around 100$...

No
My engine will be a completely different beast by the end of the summer.
No point in tuning one setup to perfection only to change it less then one month down the road.
I also like doing my own tuning, as soon as I do my spring Dyno (to determine how well I tuned my car since the last Dyno) the setup will be changing to a Holley carb and they are not as difficult to tune as a Q-Jet.
Thanks for considering me though :)

The draw sounds good, I'll go along with whatever you guys want.
As another note, Mike has been working hard on keeping this going - ie. phoning Lars, trying to arrange a more localized site than coming way up to Orangeville so to me it only makes sence as a thank-you to ensure that his vette is the first to be tuned. Maybe Chris or I could video Lars so we could help Mike (Rag75) with his new engine setup when the time comes.
If the rest of you disagree with this I will step aside for Mike as my thank-you to him as long as I can still attend, watch and learn.

I think I got lost here, who then are the other 3; the Mikes (2) & Stewart (1)?

from the other post....

if we vote to do a draw for the cars, then a by will be given to Stewart as he started this idea and a by to whoever comes up with the location for the day...if there are multiple guys that can host the saturday tuning event, the guys that are having their cars tuned will decide on the best location...
and a by to 75Rag for the place to stay...this leaves 3 open spots

OK..so we have the list...stewart, rag, me, gdh, PJsam and motorhead...
please confirm yes you can make the June 19 date and that the cost is good with you all...around 100$...

desi..as it stands, everyone said they can make the june 19 date...if someone for some reason has to cancel, you will be the next inline...

or, if Lars has a quick day with some of the cars and feels like adding a 7th car, then your set....it could happen and i will mention it when i speak to him next...

I am hoping that Lars can tune the Edlel so that my lost hp/tq from swapping from the Holley comes back. I still much prefer the Edel to the Holley - no fear of leaks, just lost all the top end performance.
