Z-14 will clean, remove tiny scratches and protect all non porous,
non-textured, smooth surface plastics. Z-14 can not be used on porous or textured plastic surfaces. You have to use Z-16 on all exterior porous surfaces. Or Z-10 on interior vinyl
and leather surfaces.
For interior vinyl(seat,door panels, dash pad, etc) and for all porous
plastic surfaces. I recommend Z-9 Leather Cleaner, and Z-10 "Leather in
a Bottle" Conditioner.
OR:
Z-16 can be used on vinyl interior. . I personally like the natural look
of interior vinyl. Z-16 will give a higher than normal gloss on those
panels. It's okay to use it on those surfaces. Try a spot and if you
like the way it looks use it. This is a matter
of personal taste. Z-16 is safe for those parts.

I concur with Carl, don't use Z-14.
For the interior surfaces you have noted, I use a diluted all-purpose cleaner for deep cleaning (10:1 water:APC). For general maintenance, I use Meguiar's Interior Quick Detailer.
Occassionally, I will dress them for protection with Meguiar's Natural Shine or Zaino Z-10 Leather Condtioner. 303 is another good product for this.
