Can anyone help me out!I had my son-in-law try NXT on his pickup and he loved it,but one problem. He has black plastic molding on the botoom of the truck and the cowl area and the polish left a white film and he can't get it off.Does anyone know how to get this film off the plastic? Thanks in advance!
Mothers wax makes a product called " Back To Black " that is made for this purpose. I never used it but it is supposed to work really well. Good Luck !
I use it on my cowl all the time...keeps it looking factory fresh, especially for shows...u can get it at any local auto parts store like auto zone or pep boys
have noted the peanut butter idea on many bulletin boards -- rub on, leave on for 1 minute, wipe off. Apparently the peanut oil acts as the solvent.
I've also used Meguiar's quick detailer spray, with a detailing brush -- works very well.
also, you might look into 3M "general purpose adhesive cleaner, # 08987" --it's safe for paints, made to remove grease, wax, tar and all forms of evil.
Yes back to black can be found at Wal-Mart and all auto stores.
Not only will it remove the wax but it will leave the trim looking better than new.
Fast and easy to use.
So after using the #39 for the cleaning you put on the #40?

Also I've been told but have not tried myself:
Meguiar's #39 (Heavy Duty Vinyl Cleaner)
