There are good leather cleaners like Zaino and Lexol to name a few, the wheels just wash with car wash and clay if needed, and "wax" them like you would the paint on your car.

Wolfgang has a great leather cleaner and leather conditioner. As for the wheels, good cleaning and I would use Eagle One A2Z cleaner depending on the finish on your wheels.

1. Leather- Cleaning & Codditioning, Initial –
Rejuvenator Oil - known for its ability to soften even cardboard hard leather, a complex blend of animal oils and proteins, Collagens and other beneficial ingredient, it will not stain or discolour leather. Simply massage into the leather with your hands, and let it be absorbed into the fibres, its' unique capillary action forces the oils and proteins into the leather and the dirt out.

Prestine Clean - does not contain any harsh chemicals or petroleum distillates to dry and destroy fine leathers, contains a conditioner that cleans and conditions vinyl, even rubber trim pieces. Use to clean leather after application of Rejuvenator Oil has done its job or as maintenance cleaner 5:1 distilled water / Woolite, conditioner- Leatherque

Maintenance cleaning- a 5:1 solution of distilled water /Woolite soap

2. Wheels- cleaning 100% acid free P21S Wheel Cleaner
Protection- Klasse All-In-One, acrylic polymer (the melting point of wax (180oF) is too low for wheels

inexpensive, easily available, leaves a nice satin finish, not glossy.
the same claims of protection as all other manufacturers, but I've learned I can trust Meguiars, so this is what I'm using, and I like it:
