ZFX Problem

ZFX Problem
I went to use my ZFX this weekend and it has turned to jello, no longer a liquid, has anyone else had this happen? It is less than a year old and has been stored inside, so it hasn't been exposed to dramitic temperature changes. It was sealed and inside one of the 2 os. containers which was also sealed.

I just emailed my distributor and copied Sal, he called within 20 minutes! It sounds like it is most likely not having the container sealed, although I try to be as careful as I can. Whatever the cause, he said to contact my local distributor I purchased from and get it replaced - this everyone is how you run a business. It's rare to get good service, much less this fast and from the guy who owns the company. Thanks Sal, great products and the care for your customers to go with it.

That happened to me too but it was two years old and I'd used most of it up already so I ordered some new. Figured it was my fault because I left it out in the garage, which doesn't get below freezing but isn't exactly 72 degrees year round.
