just washed wifes black car and looks 'cloudy' or 'milky'. it was rejexed about two monthes back.i had similar thread a short while ago when klasse aio appeared very much like the rejex does now. both were still shiney and water beaded but both looked 'cloudy'.would i find the same think in same time frame ,6 to 10 weeks, if i had used zaino? by the way on a light colored car i don't think what i am seeing would be noticeable. lastly, yes, i tried some quik detailer and didn't see much difference. thanks bc

I've had real good luck with 3M polishes for cars that need a little help before applying Zaino. They can be hand applied and really set the car up for a nice finish. After the 3M polish, I use Z2, Z6 and then finish with Z8 Grande Finale.

has the car been machine polished with a wool bonnet lately? a wool bonnet will cut deeper than foam, and what you may be seeing is many-many, ultra fine scratches in the clear coat. this will appear to be a milky/cloudy appearance especially a dark color under fluoescent lighting. all you may need to do is polish with a porter-cable D-A machine, a medium foam pad, and a fine cut cleaner. follow that by a swirl remover (medium or fine cut pad), finish off with zaino or and a polish/glaze (fine/ultra fine cut pad). topcoat the later with a quality carnuba.
Hmm...it's really hard to give a sure answer without being able to see/experience the problem, but the car may need a deep polishing to remove any "dead" paint and restore the full luster.
