There are a number quality products on the market. I have used many different ones. I am currently useing a LVR protectant by liqui tech. It has a suncreen that protects and restores luster. It is lanolin-based and is non oily water repellent, anti-static and contains no silicones.

Have used quite a few different products, but find myself going back to the old faithful "Lemon Pledge". Have used this on all my cars and it always leaves the interior clean and smelling nice. YMMV.

Its a nice low sheen appearance.

Try the Zaino leather conditioner (Z16 maybe?) on the seats.
Light spots in the carpet or mats can be taken out with a good carpet cleaner like "Folex" or "Kids-n-Pets".

Have fun.
