Plan to use mineral spirits w/scotchbrite pad to shine up the aluminum, then touch up swaybar and steering link with some satin black paint, 'cause those are looking rough. (Pic is pre-Dawn wash which got most of the grease and dirt.)
Go over all the aluminum suspension parts with 0000 steel wool dipped in mothers metal polish after it is cleaned and it will come out beautiful. This trick works best on C4's.

and for pieces on my motorcycle with that rough texture, if you go at it long enough with a buffing wheel, you can actually polish them to a mirror finish. If at all interested, just get a buffing wheel for use with your power drill, at the local hardware store.
In your case, you probably don't want the mirror finish, so just stop when the surface gets bright and clean
