rust outs
i took the dash of my 79 stingray down and i found some rust outs in the frame that supports the windshiled and also seems to start at the bottom of the right roof a-pillar.
my question is will fibre glass be able to repair that or is my best bet to remove the windshield and fix the rust by welding?

This is common with C3's. You would probably get a much better answer if you post in the C3 section. How bad is it? If it is bad enough to effect the sctructual rigidy of the ws frame/car I would say repair it by welding or replacing it. If it is just a few small spots I would just glass it in and be done with it. I would have a good body man look at it and give you his opinion.
