What's the best product to preserve the quality of your dashboard. I have read where some have used Zaino (Z9 & Z-10).

A search will reveal many answers to most of your questions.

Periodically protect with a quality product like Z10, and maintain with something like Meguiar's Interior QD.

Yes, I use Z10 on my dash sometimes. A little trick I learned is I mix a little Z16 in with my Z10 to adjust the shine. Z10 alone just slightly darkens the dash, add a little Z16 (9 to 1) and it leaves a nice matte finish and the more you add the shinier it gets. If you like it shiny go with a good coat of Z16 straight. If you like it matte you can also just put a light coat of Z16 but you don't get that awesome smell that Z10 leaves. Not that Z16 does not smell good also but it does not have a leather smell.

I use Aerospace 303 and have been really happy with the results. Not too shiny, anti-static and great protection

I like the 303.
I have not tried the mix of Zaino but hope to try it soon.

303 aerospace protectant for plastic or vinyl surfaces
Zaino Z9/Z10 for all leather - nothing beats the clean, dark look and new leather smell
