There is an advertisement of this product "Wheel Wax" in the current issue of Auto Week. It claims to reduce the accumulation of brake dust and makes cleaning the wheels easier. I did a search but couldn't find anyone discussing about this product. Anyone use it?
I applied JW's prime and Zaino Clear Seal to the 20" wheels on a friends new super bee in Jan.
Even with the dusty brembo brakes, he has not had to use a wheel cleaner yet. He just uses Z7 car wash with an old wash mit and all the dust comes off. He just did a 900 mile round trip last w/e and the dust still comes off with ease.
I am now using Zaino AIO and Clear Seal on all of my "premium details."
We offer three products, including the one mentioned, for wheel protection. We have found that DP Wheel Glaze and Poorboys Wheel Sealant work the best and longest. Great products, and it means you can use soap/water for cleanup versus those toxic wheel cleaners.
