This Weekend - Zaino Spectacular....
It is just over the 1 year anniversary of getting the Vette.
I am spening an entire day, cleaning, claying, and Zaino'ing the Vette.
Here it will be, before and after pics of the result.
The car will be under just 2 weeks of a wash and a Z2 app.
I will dust the car prior to the pics.
I'll take pics the day before in good light, rather than low light in the early morn.
AIO, and CS are on their way here.
I plan on taking pics through out the entire process. Each Stage.

Be verwy, vewry quiet. She's sleeping!

Some interesting tid bits of info:
The car is 1 year old. I have been Zaino it since I got it, and about every 2 to 3 weeks.
I thought that I would find more dirt and grunge in the claybar. I felt some grains with the bag, but did the whole car anyway.
The claybar wasn't very dirt after 1 year. That tells me that the Zaino has protect the paint better than even I expected.

Read back through! I had just finished the AIO (All in One).
Tomorrow is Z6, 5, 2, CS, 8.
I have been on the phone several times with Sal last week going over all the steps and application details.
I think we are in good shape. Clayed the rims too.
Thanks. I had ordered a replacement of z6, 8, 2, 5, 7 and the AIO and CS.

I haven't used the All in One yet just opened the bottle and took a hit of the nice fragrance.
But with the CS I like it.
Just curious with the above process you mention, how long does it take for you to finish and do a complete detail job?

So are you happy with the results of the CS and can you see a difference? Ditto for the All in One if you used that also.

I applied AIO today. It works great. The car is asleep for the night, as I will be finishing in the morning/afternoon.
I haven;y gotten to the CS yet.
Just by taking a little time over the past year to do a Zaino here and there has really kept the car in "factory delievered" condition.
Today and tomorrow are about getting into detail, **** and ultra protection for the next year.
Zaino has done nothing but amaze me everytime. That is why I was suprised by the lack of dirt in the clay. after 1 year in a dirty city like LA, and after it was rained on and dried.
The bar had very little dirt in it, if any.

Day 2 -
I got a bit screwed by the weather today, so I had to move it into the garage for the 2nd half.
But, even with less natural light, it is pretty obvious.
Now, as I was completely **** about ever single detail, right down to the emblems.
The once I removed the 2nd Z5, I was like Holy S**T!, it grew from there.
I don't regret spending the time I did on the car. I know it will be protected, considering I did less before and there was little, if any, dirt in the claybar.
Since I got screwed by weather (light rain), first thing in the morning, I will back the car out and shoot several pics for tomorrow.
(I should add I had no sun, just cloud cover from the 2nd Z5 add.)
It is a work of ART!
The next morning:
Z6'ed:
1st Z5 w the grain:
1st Z5 removed:
At this point, I was thinking that the scratches and swirls on the rear trunk wouldn't go away without Zaino PC Fusion. So I moved onto the 2nd coat of Z5 against the grain.
2nd Z5 against the grain:
2nd Z5 removed:
Now Z6'ed:
Z6 - side:
Z2 pro - With the grain:
Here is when it started to rain - the rest is in the garage:
Z2 Removed:
Z2 removed roof:
Z2 removed rear - Where is where I thought the scratches and swirls wouldn't go away. Now, I can't find them. Up, down, back and forth, it didn't matter the angle. They are gone. Here was another Holy S**T moment.
Clear Spray On:
CS rear emblem:
CS dried:
CS Dry rear:
CS Rear 2:
Z8 Long Shot:
Z8 Rear:
Rim - Z5-Z6-CS-Z8:
I'll post outside pics tomorrow!
Here it is the day it was delivered, in the warehouse 1 year ago:
Verses a warehouse lighting and my 1 light, I still have it beat from its original condition. I'll back out into the same position in the morning, the light will be the same as it was when I did this morning.

I'll need both days.
Plane ticket, hotel and 1 g, I'll do it.
3 step wash, clay, leather, glass, AIO, 2 coats Z5pro, Z6, Z2, Clear Spray and Z8 to finish it.
All microfiber applicators and towels.
I really enjoyed doing mine, and would do it again today if it weren't so freaken clean.
I have to back it out of the garage tomorrow for another AM pic, 1 week later.
