Anyone tried a product called " Never Dull "on their polished wheels?

Works ok, but there are much better products. Semichrome, Wenol, Mothers billet, Adams Metal Polish, and im sure a few others.
I remember the Never Dull when we polished brass in the military.

I swore when I left the Navy I would never use Never Dull again. We used that and bug juice to clean the brass.

We used Brasso in the Army in the 60's.
I haven't used it since, but I would probably get sick if I smelled it again.

I've used it on chrome and aluminum on motorcycles. Wasn't really impressed. I think Mother's mag/aluminum polish is far better. Seems to me that the mag/aluminum polish is a more aggressive polish to take off heavy grime and oxidation. Then you can use their billet polish if you want to try to refine the mirror shine after that.
Also, never-dull comes in that wad-thing. Better to use Mother's which is a thin paste, so you can use it with a buffing wheel, or use it with Mother's powerball.

I used it on my bike in the late 80's, early 90's - still have half a jar! Tried it on my exhaust tips, but not on the wheels.

Nice product but I prefer Simichrome or Mother Billet.

I like it for small clean ups, Like the wad. If I am doing something larger will use powerball and a liquid. My $0.02
