A clay bar will remove it. Some say a wash with Dawn but I'm not convinced that will get it all. Why do you feel you need to remove it? If the surface is not smooth due to contaminants I would clay bar it.

When you look real closely at the surface there seems to be hundreds of water spots in the Z2,
if you see water spots, it's not in the zaino layers.
forget about removing the zaino.
you need a pC7424 and an abrasive polish to remove those spots.
the buffing will remove the zaino, get down to the clearcoat and polish out the spots. Then just reapply Zaino.
