I'm just putting two of my 04 polished thinspokes back on after a thorough cleaning. For those of you thinking about it, thinking that it's too much work, I would highly recommend doing this. Is it overkill? Absolutely, but so is everything we do here.
I did this last year and plan on doing it every year. This time I hit the barrels with my PC, and the rest by hand. MIP, ZPC, one Z5P, two Z2P, and this is the first time I used ZCS on the wheels.
They look great and I feel it is well worth the effort.
Did the wheel wells too. There is that overkill thing again.
Just thought I'd pass it on.
Hey thats cool steve, what would we do if our Vettes where locked away in some dinky storage shed for the winter (like my brothers Firebird) Keep us posted on what your doing and put up some pics, I want to see her

Overkill? That's an understatement for most of us in this group
I pull mine about three times a year and do a complete detail of them. It is the best way to get every inch. My wife (among others) just shakes her head. She does not seem to understand.

Wow, I thought once/year was a lot!
My entire family thinks I'm crazy as well.
