Default Menzerna question?

I am a loyal Zaino user, but I read a lot about Menzerna. What is Menzerna good for? I read that a lot of people follow up with Zaino. Can Menzerna be applied by hand?

I've used it to remove swirl marks. I wouldn't bother applying it by hand. Use an ROB if you're a rookie (like me) or rotary if you know what you're doing.

It is for removing swirls and best if used by machine.

I have only used the MIP, and then followed with ZPC as my finishing polish, and then on to the Z sealants. Works for me.

Well, I love Zaino too and Menzerna is one of the best products you can buy to get the paint corrected before you use a sealant like Zaino....

Menzerna German polishing compounds are top of the line and time tested. Paint correction is the name of their game and they offer several different grades of compounds to get the job done......

Menzerna was designed to be used with a machine.

Use the search funtion here and learn about the product and the pads used for the job required.....

I think if you start out with MIP with an orange pad and follow up with Zaino Z-PC on a white pad you will be pleasantly surprised.

Then top it off with your sealant of choice. Like others have said I would apply it with a random orbital or rotary buffer.

Menzerna is an abrasive polish is the simpliest of terms. It abrades the surface and removes contamination, swirls, and brings finish back to showroom new or better. Please understand Menzerna offers many polishes from light (finishing) to heavy (compounds). Use with a buffer is necessary, and pad choice can also help or hurt with your polish of choice.

For most paint correction PO 106 FA / 106 FF and PO 85 D3.01 polishes (LC White / LC Blue foam pads 1000 RPM) should be all you need.
