I've never used Eagle One wax, but it should be good for lacquer, but read the label to make sure, or contact the maker and ask.
Chrome polish is for chrome, as the name implies. Mag polish is for aluminum or magnesium, though mag wheels is kind of a generic term. There is also chrome plated aluminum, so I would think chrome polish is best for that.
For any aluminum that is clear coated, you need to make sure you can use any kind of polish at all. It could damage the clear coat.
