Wanted to ask if anyone has used this product and if there were any thougths (good, bad, indifferent) I have always been a Zaino user but just wanted to ask about this as the advertisment on the back Spring Corvette Quarterly magazine caught my eye.
It shines well. It's a lot harder to put on and take off than Zaino. But it's probably the best of what you can get at any auto parts store. It's no Zaino. imo
Trick to putting it on is during application, continue to rub until it almost disappears. THEN let it dray and wipe off.
It you apply where you can still se it, then it takes longer to dry and is more difficult to finish off.

It shines well, but my experience (and that of Consumer Reports as well) is that is comes off in just a couple days of rain. They rated it very poorly for durability.
Zaino is my tried, true, and easy car wax. I try something else about twice a year (Black Magic Liquid also this year... great wax, but a b#$%h to apply). Always go back to Zaino.
I used it a couple times with my previous cars for street shows and stuff - it shines really well, but water stops beading on it by the 4th or 5th day. It doesn't set as hard as Zaino, and it's harder to remove once you apply it and wait for it to harden. I either use Gold class or Zaino now.
Works for me. Like others have said, does not last as long as Zaino, but it's cheap, and available.
The Corvette C6 and Z are not huge vehicles to begin with, so waxing every 2-3 months is not a huge deal. I am not a "waxer" in the sense I drive my Z a lot but I do enjoy some downtime every now and then just cleaning her up and giving her a good bath and wax.
Now, my Escalade on the other hand... well, let's just say it gets neglected because I can detail the entire Z06 in the time it takes me to get about 1 side of the Escalade done.
I use it from time to time and it shines well but as said above does not last as long as Zaino or Adams.
I have always been a huge fan of zaino but after comparing one side done with Zaino and one side with Adams, I wont use anything but Adams the depth and gloss are second to none. Not to mention very easy to apply and very easy to remove.
I guess it's me. I used to use Zaino, but stopped due to having to order it, etc. Switched to NXT and I think the liquid goes on/off easy. Like someone else said, apply thin, used microfiber. I follow up with detail spray and I think it lasts fairly well. Just clayed and NXT'd my (black) 05 Silverado and it is beautiful. The BEST it's EVER looked.

nxt2.0 looks great on my black 08 C6 DD, easy to use
If applied correctly (thin) NXT 2.0 is just about the easiest on and off there is. Looks great and last longer than consumer reports says. What does consumer reports know about car wax anyway. Think about it.
They claim the NXT 2.0 lasts twice as long as the original NXT. We have tested the shine and believe it to be equal with Zaino initially but it is hard to compare after a month since everybody treats their car differently. Mine is not a garage queen and was a daily driver until I retired, so now it is somewhere in between the two. I wax about 3 times a year and think I have one of the better looking cars.
By the way, I have found the temperature and humidity have a lot to do with how easy it comes off. If it dries so striking a finger across it seems dry, then it will come off easy. If it doesn't get dry it is very smeary and hard to get off. So don't put it on during a cool, moist day and you will like it fine.
I've been using NXT and think it's great. Soon as I run out I will use NXT 2.0 which by all accounts lasts longer (although I'm perfectly happy with the durability of the original NXT).
I have not tried the NXT simply because of the mixed reviews. I'm a big fan of Meguiar's products because they're quick and easy to acquire at the local auto parts store. My current regiment includes #2 polish, #7 Glaze, and Gold Class wax. It works for me.
But here's a question, since several of you have mentioned Gold Class. Can you build it like the Zaino products? I mean, does applying additional coats increase the shine? I don't have a PC yet, so my routine is all hand done.
Pardon me if I over-stepped the bounds by bringing in the Gold Class question. If so, just ignore me and go back to the NXT discussion.
