I use clean water and a microfiber cloth with zero problems. I think most of the vinyl interior products are just wallet lighteners. For the leather surfaces-what little there really is, I use Zanio leather products which seem to work great(works great on my shoes too!)
I have been using Griot's products for over 10 years and they are magic....
I have the Griot's cleaner but do you also use the vinyl/rubber treatments as well, or just the clear interior cleaner? My dash seems to pull every bit of dust from even the cleanest cloths and add a ton of dust to the dash. It like trying to clean soft rubber on the dash. Same with the doors. Strangest material I have ever seen on a dash, in the Vette. I'm trying to clean up the discoloration that I got on the dash when I installed the dash letters from RPI. The cleaning solution really messed up my dash and it looks like crap now.
The dash is covered in some kind of wax so I doubt any of the treatments are actually doing anything. To repair the dash finish you need to use some old fashion mahogany colored boot paste wax and don't buff it shinny-(don't ask how I know this and avoid dash lettering)
I think I ordered my 303 from ebay some time back. I used to use it in my ricer with good results. My ricer had a harder dash. My 08 dash feels like a rubber ball.
