Default Leather Care?

Just purchashed the Zaino Leather cleaner and was told that using it with the Mr Clean Magic eraser works great. Anyone out there know what this is all about and how is it used?

If you have dirty seats or stains to remove, just take a new eraser sponge and wet it, wring it out and spray some z-9 on the sponge and sponge off the seats, it deep cleans the leather into the grain of the leather, towel off the extra Z-9 and apply Z-10 to the cleaned seat. You can also use a soft bristle brush and work the Z-9 into the leather also.

You dont need to use something like the magic eraser when cleaning leather properly. Several people have removed the top coat of their leather by using it. A boars hair brush is a much safer alternative.

Magic Erasers will remove top finish from leather (we have tested these very recently) so although the results look fantastic they are in fact damaging the finish which will lead to long term problems.

Use your foam cleaner with a stiff bristled brush (tampico and boars bristle do tend to be too soft for this job) the idea is not to scrub the dirt out but to gently help the foam down into the grain pattern so that the dirt can be released and encapsulated in the foam which you then remove.

Hope this helps
