Will Rejex (or anything else) protect paint and glass against acid rain damage? If I'm caught in the rain, I usually try and rinse the car before parking it, but sometimes rainwater will dry on there before I can get home. In this part of the country, we suffer from nasty rain. I've managed to avoid damage this far, but what else can I do besides making a real "Garage Pet" out of it?
Any good sealant or wax will provide some protection, but nothing is bulletproof against acid rain or any other pollutant...man made or nature made.
A good regimen of maintaining your car's finish is about all you can. Any time you take the car out for a drive there's the danger of something bad happening. That's the calculated risk we all take for enjoying our cars.

A Carnauba wax will provide better protection against industrial fallout (i.e. acid rain, bird excrement, etc) than a polymer sealant also it doesn't have as much durability as a polymer ( although Collinite's waxes come close).
Used over a polymer as an LSP it acts as a sacrificial barrier
