Water Spots?
Last Year while on vacation I awoke on the last day at the motel to find that the automatic sprinkler had gone off during the nite and got water all over the Vette. I assumed it would just dry up. Well it did and left those little white circles on the paint. (not attractive on black). When I got home I tried everything to remove them, including clay bar. The only thing that worked was swirl remover. OK, all is well. This year at the motel, same thing happened. I was to attend a car show later in the day and did not bring the swirl remover with me. Down the block was a WalMart. Sure enough they had a product there that might work. I figured it was worth $4 so I tried it. I found that this stuff was great. Worked as well as the Meguires stuff I usually use. The moral of the story is...You don't need to spend big bucks to keep your car(s) looking good. In a pinch try this.

I've used that Kit stuff before, it's not bad. I also use the Meguiars X Scratch remover you are probably referring to. I'd stick with the later but in a pinch the other does work okay for light spots.

I've used Duragloss Water Spot Remover and it works on relatively fresh water spots. I've not let them sit for any amount of time. I like the product so much, I'll start buying it in gallon sizes. I tried the 20 something ounce spray bottle first to see if it worked. Strangely enough, it smells a lot like vinegar.
