I know im going to get bashed for using windex but it works great, i find that every now and then the power ball and chrome polish need to be done. I honestly use windex and a little elbow grease 4 out of 5 washes! cheap, fast, and looks great???

There's nothing wrong with using glass cleaner on chrome. It does work great.
Rejex is best for long term protection. Use any car wash formula to wash them. I'd be somewhat hesitant to spray windex on a Rejex'd wheel...you don't want to remove the protectant, be it Rejex or anything else.
