my grandmothers car ( buick Century) has hard water spots from a sprinkler...all over the drivers side and windows...ive tryed to clay them out but not a whole lot of luck...what is the next step to getting them out? Theres a local deatiler that would do a clay/ wax for $249 i beleive it is...but i dont think they can get them all out and i would hate to pay 249 and still see spots...thanks
Don't waste your money on a clay and wax job.......
Your probably going to need to polish the water stains out. If you don't have the products necessary, get with a pro that has some good references.....
Ask questions and explain exactly what you want. They're are guys around that can take care of your problem.....
I have no experience with it, but I have heard of limited success with vinegar.
You will probably need a polishing, and possibly even wet sanding.
Make sure the lines of communication are clear with a detailer if you go that route.
Good luck.
