FLEX 3401 Instructions
I just got my Flex delivered and the instructions are in German
I know its made in Germany but figured I'd get English instructions. Anyone have the manual in English?

Not to be a smart *** but what do you want to know, the trigger turns it on and the plug goes in the wall. Pads just stick on the velcro. The only tip I can give you is to make sure you tighten the backing plate periodically. You use the allen screw in the middle for that, turn clock wise. Oh, and the dial controls speed. 
On a serious note I do not think the manual will tell you anything useful anyway. Do a search on here and read what other peoples routines are. I suggest a polishing pad (white or green) and set your speed at 5.5. Keep pad flat and machine moving slowly with overlapping strokes. Feel free to post any specific questions.

There's some decent info in there about the brushes, velcro etc
