Do Not Order From DF Concours
I ordered some Alpine Fiber towels from DF Concours on February 11th and my credit card was charged on the 13th. I have called on three different occasions, after three weeks had passed. Cerruti France answered the phone each time and I was told that he would call me back and give me the status of the order. He never returned any of my calls! It's been over a month and still no Alpine Fiber towels or the status of the order.

Well, it seems to be a pretty common problem. I think Leo is a nice guy, but his communication seems to be lacking.

I have a few DF towels, and they are very nice when they're new, but after several washings, I don't really care for them. They seem to get very flat like an old shower towel and lose the softness/plushness. *I* prefer other quality towels from other quality vendors.
